Responsibilities:
* Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses

- Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
