Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and solutions
  • Providing exceptional customer service, empathizing with customers, and prioritizing their needs
  • Multi-tasking and managing multiple conversations simultaneously to ensure efficient support
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Solid sales acumen, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Determination to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a "do whatever it takes" attitude
  • Personal accountability, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Contact Center background preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
