Job Summary

As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through live chat and email channels. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, and your professionalism, expertise, and empathy will make all the difference in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat and email inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that clients and customers receive timely and accurate assistance.
