Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely, accurate, and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products and programs
  • Independently solving problems relating to policies within scope and escalating others as appropriate
  • Identifying, analyzing, and owning customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry developments

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An active Producer insurance license in addition to at least 1 year actively using the license
  • A strong understanding of insurance products and industry developments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Reliable internet connectivity with an upload speed of at least 5Mbps and a download speed of at least 25Mbps
  • A quiet, secure, distraction-free place to work

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of Personal Lines products and programs
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
