The Role

As a Titleist.com Remote Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing an exceptional shopping experience to customers on titleist.com. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, sharing your passion for Titleist products, and providing expert advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its nuances
• In-depth knowledge of the Titleist product line, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories
• Experience with golf club fitting, including the ability to analyze a customer's swing and recommend the right equipment
• Familiarity with top component brands, including shafts, grips, and other accessories
• The ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level
• A strong typing speed of at least 35 wpm, with the ability to communicate clearly in text form

Technology Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

• A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
• A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps
• Reliable sound output, either through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets

Essential Responsibilities

As a Titleist.com Remote Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Sharing your passion for Titleist and inspiring customers to try new products
• Using Titleist golf equipment to demonstrate products and provide expert advice
• Familiarity with the Titleist site and any related media or searches
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed recommendations
• Showing empathy to customers in stressful situations and providing a positive experience
