Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Building genuine and durable customer relationships while driving long-term revenue growth
- Serving as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues
- Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn
- Building relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation
- Collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
- Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology company
- A strong desire to be in the technology space
- A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
- A solid track record of achievement, with a history of delivering quantifiable business impact
- A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- Curiosity and a desire to make an impact
