Job Summary

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach. You will work closely with other team members to meet customer service goals and contribute to the success of our customer service team.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and effective manner. - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. - Document customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries and complaints as well as actions taken. - Work closely with other team members to meet customer service goals and objectives. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven customer support experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role. - Strong phone handling and active listening skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in using customer service software and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services. - Certification in customer service or a related field. - Bilingual or multilingual skills.
