Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for:

Developing and executing customer experience strategies

that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our reputation as a leader in medical education.

Leading a high-performing team

of customer experience professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams

, including product marketing, sales training, and medical education, to design and deliver effective educational programs that meet customer needs.

Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Developing and implementing process improvements

Essential Qualifications

10+ years of work experience
