You will be working closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, and maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions. ### Key Responsibilities -

Customer Engagement:

Respond promptly to live chat inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services. -

Problem Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while maintaining customer satisfaction. -

Account Management:

Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including order status, product information, return processes, and billing questions. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions for process improvements, collaborating with team leaders to implement changes. -

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, promotions, and policies to provide informed responses to customer queries. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate responses to complex inquiries and improve overall service quality. -

Performance Metrics:

Meet and exceed predefined targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores to contribute to the success of the team. -

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and quality assurance. ### Requirements -

Experience:

A minimum of 4 years in customer service or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in live chat support. -

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in live chat software, CRM systems, and common office applications (MS Office, Google Suite). -

Personality Traits:

Must be reliable and highly motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over work. -

Soft Skills:

Demonstrated people management skills to handle diverse customer interactions; excellent planning skills to manage workflow and priorities effectively. -

Communication Skills:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally. -
