The Opportunity

As an HSN Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls. You will be responsible for:

• Answering customer calls in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Processing customer orders and resolving payment issues
• Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual Spanish speaking skills

• Experience working in a virtual environment
• Familiarity with HSN computer systems and software
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT when necessary

System Requirements

To ensure a great experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

• Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
• Headset compatible with HSN specifications (HSN reimburses $75 for headset)
• High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
• Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
