Job Summary
As a Customs Trade Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customs documentation for international shipments. Key Responsibilities
* Provide impeccable customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, carriers, and government agencies
- Process customs clearance for international shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment documentation, including customs forms, invoices, and certificates of origin
- Collaborate with internal teams, divisions, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Process organization financier shipments and handle distant filings as required
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customs clearance and documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, international trade)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a data entry or customer service role
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
