The Role
As an Entry Level Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Your role will involve:
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
- Preparing for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
- Engaging in the sales process with each customer from start to finish to ensure a clear and efficient close on the sale
- Professionally representing our clients and driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
- Developing effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
- Educating consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
- Efficiently navigating order entry systems and scheduling dates as necessary
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations (a plus)

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to overturn objections and close any sale
