Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and dealerships
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue growth for our clients
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and features
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience or other fast-paced environments
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues
Requirements
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience or other fast-paced environments
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
