Job Summary

As a Central Processor, you will be the central point of contact for our customers and the internal sales team. You will manage a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a part-time remote position, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and respond to emails throughout the day, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders

• Answer and handle incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently
• Run multiple reports as needed, analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize operations
• Gather necessary information and documents to create customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Create detailed work orders, including:

+ Entering material and labor line items + Typing out precise installation instructions

• Perform regular follow-ups with customers and team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry regulations

Essential Qualifications

* Typing speed of at least 40 WPM, with accuracy and efficiency

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
• Professional demeanor in all forms of communication, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity
• High-level problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Leadership qualities, including a sense of urgency and initiative, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of success and customer satisfaction

• Familiarity with flooring services or a related industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
