Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and expert advice to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and chat
- Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
* Spanish/English bilingual or multilingual
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
