Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and expert advice to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
  • Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and chat
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

* Spanish/English bilingual or multilingual

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
