Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to property owners, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their claims in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to deliver superior customer experiences, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve claims in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported
- Collaborate with our team to deliver superior customer experiences and resolve complex claims issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs of our clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide the best possible service
- Work closely with our claims team to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that they feel confident in our ability to meet their needs
Essential Qualifications

- Smart Phone, Laptop, or desktop computer
- Reliable Internet Connection
- Willingness to become licensed as a Public Adjuster
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

* Prior experience in customer service or claims adjusting
