Job Description
As a Customer Care Executive - Sales, you'll play a critical role in managing inbound and outbound voice processes, customer service inquiries, and lead conversions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound and outbound voice processes and customer service inquiries
- Supporting new customer registrations and managing customer queries and feedback via email or phone
- Managing leads and customers via click-to-call and references
- Converting leads into customers through effective communication and relationship-building
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:
- Inbound and outbound customer service experience
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and resolve queries within defined SLA's
- Positive language usage across interactions
- Proficiency in using technology to manage customer interactions and data
Essential Qualifications
* SSC/HSC/Any Graduate or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience in voice process (minimum 1 year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Telemarketing experience (1 year preferred)
- Total work experience (1 year preferred)
- Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
- Punjabi language proficiency (optional)
