Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Workforce Management Associate to join our Customer Support division at arenaflex. As a key member of our WFM team, you'll be responsible for managing workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting to optimize our customer service teams' performance. You'll collaborate with various internal teams, including training, quality assurance, and operations, to develop strategies to meet customer demand while maintaining high service levels.
Responsibilities
As a Workforce Management Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Forecasting staffing needs based on historical trends and upcoming initiatives
- Creating and managing schedules for customer support agents to ensure optimal coverage
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights to management
- Monitoring real-time call queues and adjusting schedules as necessary to meet service levels
- Collaborating with training and quality assurance teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Providing regular reporting on workforce performance and suggesting improvements
- Participating in team meetings to discuss strategies and share updates on workforce management initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with workforce management software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
