Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team in Texas. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for data management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Moderate work experience within own function

• Some work is completed without established procedures
• Basic tasks are completed without review by others
• Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks
• Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Identify and resolve data entry errors and discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Participate in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities
• Work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need (during open enrollment period, October - February)

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of experience working in customer service
• Experience with AS400
• Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on the business need (during open enrollment period, October - February)

Telecommuting Requirements

* Reside within the State of TX

• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Must live in a location that can receive a arenaflex approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Soft Skills

* Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks that may be repetitive

• All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy
