- A majority of the inbound calls are from members that are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans.
- Utilize your exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.
- Provide empathetic and understanding support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple calls, and meet deadlines, ensuring seamless customer support and exceptional results.
Essential Qualifications
