Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Travel Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Recommending and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities
  • Staying up-to-date on travel trends, industry news, and supplier information to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Must be able to read/write English fluently (Bilingual is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or travel industry

  • Knowledge of travel industry software and systems
  • Certification in travel industry (e.g. ARC, IATA)
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
