The Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound conversations over the phone, chat, email, and other communication channels. You will be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolves the customer's issue efficiently. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex situations will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide fantastic customer service via inbound and outbound conversations over the phone, chat, email, and other communication channels
- Use your computer skills to research requests and accurately record the details of your calls/contacts
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed) while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert advice to customers
Skills for Success
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate a computer and the web
- Typing skills (minimum 25 words per minute)

Eligibility Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Available to work shifts within the call center's hours of operation:
+ Monday through Saturday + 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time / 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central time
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time-sensitive
- Indiana resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
Remote Work Requirements
* Ability to work from home with minimal distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Dedicated workspace with a computer, headset, and other necessary equipment
