Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
- Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and ensuring a smooth experience
- Working closely with Service Managers to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide expert support
- Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide informed responses
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency on phones and computer systems
- A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide world-class customer experiences
- Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required
