Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive experience. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a respectful and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Enter service data into our computer system and log information about customer service interactions
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals

Qualifications

* 1 year recent customer service or call center experience

  • Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of waste management or environmental services industry
  • Experience with customer service software and technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
