Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for providing solutions to customers' billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions, as well as promoting our products and services to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promote arenaflex products and services to new and existing customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Ability to be on camera during all video meetings
- Superb attendance and punctuality
- Open availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT as well as weekends and holidays
- Flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks
- Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best In Class Customer Experience by speaking to customers over the phone
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Work Environment
As a Work From Home (WFH) customer service representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. arenaflex will provide you with the necessary equipment and training to ensure your success in this role. You will be required to have a dedicated home office workspace with a stable internet connection, a wired Ethernet connection, and a quiet and distraction-free environment.
