Job Summary

As a part-time Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, and account management, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures.
