Key Responsibilities

As a Jr. Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering and updating data accurately in our systems and databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verifying and cross-checking data for completeness and accuracy, and performing quality control checks to ensure the integrity of the data.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data issues, and maintaining confidentiality and complying with company data security protocols.
  • Utilizing your strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high degree of accuracy, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent data entry skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
