Job Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from individuals who have a claim, gathering information, and creating a new record for each claimant. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers who have a claim, gathering information and creating a new record for each claimant

  • Conduct a simple intake questionnaire to ensure accurate and complete information
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide basic administrative support as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an insurance or financial services industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
