Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct a simple intake questionnaire to ensure accurate and complete information
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an insurance or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
