Role Overview
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will shape their perception of our brand. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, are proactive, and have a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear, complete, and accurate responses to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle a high volume of customer calls (40-60 calls/day) and respond to customer emails and chats
- Deliver quality service by providing effective and efficient operations support
- Manage risk by accurately authenticating customers and adhering to policy and procedures
- Proactively identify and escalate potential risks
- Navigate through multiple applications and tools to resolve customer issues
- Work weekends and flexible shifts to meet customer needs
Essential Functions
* Working weekends
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing risk and adhering to policy and procedures

Skills and Qualifications
* Verbal Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Responsiveness: Ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Basic Software Skills: Proficiency in using multiple applications and tools to resolve customer issues
- Written Communication: Ability to write clear and concise emails and chat responses
- Customer Service: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Help Desk: Experience in a help desk or customer support role
- Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Decision Making: Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Banking Operations: Knowledge of banking operations and regulations
- Call Center Support: Experience in a call center environment
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer support or help desk role
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Certification in customer service or a related field
What We Offer
* Competitive salary: $20-$21 per hour
- Flexible shifts: Monday to Thursday (11am-8pm), Friday to Saturday (10am-6:30pm), and Sunday (9:30am-9pm)
