Job Summary

As a Customer Support Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and social media platforms. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive experience. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts
  • Cut and paste prepared answers to frequently asked questions
  • Resolve customer service issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
