Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Healthcare to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our Provider Services team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution through effective phone and email interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns

  • Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and optimize outreach efforts
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and goals are met in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide exceptional problem resolution through effective communication, active listening, and critical thinking
  • Participate in projects of limited scope and complexity, following established procedures and receiving guidance from supervisors

* Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
