Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, clarifying their requests, and addressing any questions or concerns. You will analyze each situation to determine the best solutions and maintain accurate customer records. The role primarily involves email-based support, but you will also engage with customers through other communication channels, such as chat support.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring clear and effective communication.
