We're currently seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote team. As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Answering inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support experiences
- Using state-of-the-art contact center software to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Precisely following call handling instructions in keeping with the instructions provided by our clients to meet quality assurance standards
- Handling multimedia customer interactions in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner
- Establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring to the Table
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:- Excellent attendance and a proven track record of meeting attendance requirements
- At least one year of customer service and support experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience
- A reliable cell phone for VPN connection
- A quiet, distraction-free home office setting
