Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role will primarily be responsible for answering phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and your dedication to delivering outstanding service will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences.
Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to address customer questions and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- English and Spanish language proficiency required; additional languages a plus
- Basic computer operation skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to type 35 wpm
- Working knowledge of CRM software and customer service platforms
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST; part-time schedule open to discussion
