Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be part of our Operations and Customer Center team, working closely with our avionics experts to resolve business challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working with our Load Control Center, Fuel Methodology team, and other groups to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement solutions to complex business challenges
- Utilizing data and information to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the Load Control Center to ensure compliance with manufacturer and company regulations
- Collaborate with the Fuel Methodology team to develop and implement fuel-efficient strategies
- Research and develop techniques to improve airplane routing, payload gauging, and fuel consumption
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as software engineering, research, finance, modern design, or aviation management
- Availability to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
- Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies, with a willingness to take calculated risks and learn from failures
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on group outcomes
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in both individual and group settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A strong commitment to safety and security, with a focus on the well-being of self and others
- An appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
What Will Give You an Edge
While not required, successful candidates will have:
- Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with airline operations, booking, and scheduling
- A history of leadership roles, including student and community associations
