Our customers are financial institutions, including banks and credit unions of all sizes, wealth management practices, and their clients.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Agent to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekend shifts (Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays). As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the critical first impression and lifeblood of the product experience, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Update, revise, and expand upon existing customer support documentation
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Who We're Looking For
* 3+ years demonstrated experience in customer service in different forms (phone, email, chat)
- Embody the arenaflex product and service-first culture; you are both the critical first impression and lifeblood of the product experience
- Feel deep accountability for the consistency and overall experience of the product
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
