About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will be the face of our organization, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our reputation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge, as well as industry trends and best practices

What You'll Bring to the Table:

* Diploma of College Studies (technical DCS) in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of French, with advanced level proficiency in English (for certain positions)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software an asset
