Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. This part-time remote position offers a competitive hourly salary of $20-$25 per hour, with flexibility to work up to 4 hours a day. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, processing and verifying customer orders and information, and assisting in inventory management and updates.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input and maintain data in the required systems

  • Process and verify customer orders and information
  • Assist in inventory management and updates
  • Generate reports as requested by management
  • Identify discrepancies in data and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance database processes
  • Ensure compliance with data entry policies and confidentiality standards

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of database management systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Additional coursework or certifications in data management or administrative support
