As a key member of our Corporate Money business group, you'll play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and driving business results.
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Corporate Money business group. In this exciting and high-impact role, you'll serve as a critical advisor to hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external candidates. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as a critical advisor to hiring managers and Individuals groups on talent acquisition strategies, providing industry trends, compensation practices, and market insights to inform hiring decisions
- Managing the overall recruitment process, including interfacing with hiring managers to learn position requirements and preferences, creating and suggesting effective recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Introducing qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews, gathering feedback on candidate quality and final hiring decisions, and working with the proposal cycle and deal talks
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of identifying and attracting top talent, with a deep understanding of how to adjust talent acquisition systems to business needs
- A demonstrated history of working with hiring managers to understand position requirements and preferences, and developing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform hiring decisions and drive business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Corporate Money talent acquisition, with a deep understanding of the industry and market trends
- A proven track record of managing recruitment projects and delivering results, with a focus on quality and timeliness
