The Role

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data analysis and insights. You'll work closely with our Item and Designing, Promoting, Activities, and Money teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions, optimize our operations, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop a high-performing data analysis team, scaling the group efficiently according to current plans to scale

• Identify and recruit top-level talent, provide mentorship and training, and define the group's objectives, goals in alignment with the organization's overall strategic direction
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of item features, marketing efforts, and customer engagement, and identify opportunities for item upgrades and productivity gains through data analysis, experimentation, automation, and innovation improvements
• Use advanced data analysis methods to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, impacting item development, marketing strategies, and design advancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, driving business results and continuous item improvement
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in driving item and client analysis, experimentation, and insights within global top-tier innovation organizations, ideally e-commerce

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, building and driving information science and analysis teams
• Demonstrated history of delivering effective insights, driving business results, and continuous item advancement through data-driven methodologies and experimentation
• Strong capability in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R/SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams like Item and Designing, Promoting, Activities, and Money
• Previous C-level/Leader Board exposure. Experience contributing to and having in-depth conversations with C-level partners

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., data science, statistics, computer science)

• Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, or other advanced data analysis techniques
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
