Responsibilities
As an Experienced Conversational AI Engineer – Machine Learning Operations, you will be responsible for:
Designing and developing AI models
that enable our customers to interact with our services in a more intuitive and human-like way
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
to integrate AI models into our production systems
Developing and maintaining
our conversational AI platform, including NLP models, voice and text-based interfaces, and data pipelines
Analyzing and optimizing
AI model performance to ensure high accuracy and efficiency
Staying up-to-date
with the latest advancements in AI and related fields to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge
Working with data scientists and engineers
to design and implement data pipelines and data storage solutions
Developing and maintaining
documentation and knowledge bases to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams
Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience
in AI and NLP, with a focus on conversational AI
Strong programming skills
in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
Experience with cloud platforms
such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Strong understanding
of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and natural language processing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
