Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and/or email
- Resolving customer queries and preventing issues
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicating effectively with customers to deliver a positive experience
- Working in a high-energy environment, multi-tasking, and adapting to change
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old
- The right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- A minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
