Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and customer support functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering shipment data into arenaflex software systems, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses, updating details in real-time to maintain accuracy and transparency.
• Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
• Providing general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards to ensure the security of sensitive information.
• Troubleshooting minor issues with arenaflex systems and shipments to resolve problems efficiently.
• Assisting with additional tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting to support business growth and improvement.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies.
• Experience with UPS or similar shipping platforms is a plus, but not required. We're open to training the right candidate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Self-motivation, independence, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
• Previous experience in virtual assistant or administrative roles is preferred, but not essential.

Working Hours and Compensation

As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you'll enjoy:
