Key Responsibilities:

As a Level 1 Chat Support Associate, you'll be an integral part of our international team, dedicated to helping our customers maximize the value of our product. Your main responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via in-app chat and email
• Collaborating with an international team to deliver exceptional support
• Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer issues
• Escalating complex issues to senior support team members when necessary
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Job Details:

* Rate: $35 per hour

• Requirements:

+ Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet + Reliable internet connection + Basic English writing skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Skills/Background:

+ These are beginner-level live chat positions, so comprehensive training is provided + No prior paid live chat experience is required + Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
