Role Overview
As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
