Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Chat Support Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about products and services, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Utilizing frequently asked questions and answers to provide consistent and high-quality support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic tone in all interactions, even in challenging situations
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong follow-through with detailed instructions provided
  • Availability to work between 5 to 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options
  • Stable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and preferences
