Job Summary
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Front End team, ensuring seamless data entry, customer service, and processing support. You'll collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Day in the Life
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to grow. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
- Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
- Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
- Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $18.50 Maximum: $34.60 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification
Education
A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.
