Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Project Manager to join our Remote Delta Airlines Careers team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading high-performing projects, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If you're a seasoned project manager with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead high-performing projects across the RES division, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and conclusion
- Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project plans, project contracts, hazard and issue logs, and parking garages
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams or partners
- Foster communication methodologies and implement cycles, exercises, and projects that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact
- Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
- Maintain and establish effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional arenaflex groups
- Support the growing plan and development of the RES PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for vital portfolio management
What You Need to Succeed
* Phenomenal organizing, coordination, and innovative thinking abilities
- Exhibited capacity and a demonstrated history of outcome in overseeing and conveying numerous projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Unrivaled communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work across the organization, and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with partners and senior leadership
- Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
- Capability in written and oral communications, and ability to produce concise reports for executive presentations
- Should perform acceptably in their current position
- Models arenaflex's Standards of the Street, guiding principle, and safety-conscious behaviors
- Where allowed by relevant regulation, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while possibly not already employed by arenaflex
- Reliably focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal information
- Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles
- Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years old and has approval to work in the US
What Will Give You an Edge (Preferred Capabilities)
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles
- Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software is highly desired
- Appreciates working in a high-profile environment with fluid needs, ambiguity, and aggressive timelines
