Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team as a remote representative. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Educational Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Additional training or certifications in customer service will be a plus

Experience

* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided
