Job Description:
As a Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include: -
Data Entry and Administration:
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms - Keep inventory for office supplies and research new deals and suppliers - Submit and reconcile credit card expense reports - Accounts Receivable – Enter to QuickBooks - Maintain a list of outstanding accounts, submit to senior managers - Accounts Payable – Enter to QuickBooks - Enter all East/West/INWC Cater into QuickBooks - Track and maintain All Tip Pool logs and disbursements (Catering, Take Out and Kitchen Tip Pool) - Reconcile Daily Sales - Cash Handling - Track and process credit memos from vendors and corresponding claims -
Customer Service:
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Assist with Take Out Orders, Catering Calls, help work restaurant, when necessary, cater prep as needed - Assist catering desk as needed - Assist controller when necessary -
Adaptability and Flexibility:
- This position should expect to help with a wide variety of tasks. The focus will be on the claims process and vendor 3-way matching. - Work Monday through Friday as needed
Essential Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required -
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field -
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and QuickBooks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field -
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field -
Skills:
- Experience with inventory management and research - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Familiarity with credit card expense reports and reconciliation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
